Even important choices seem to be shaped by this preference: Mildreds are overrepresented in Milwaukee and Dennises among dentists."
I don't know if I buy into this or not, but if it's true, it's quite bizarre. Marketers be aware that over the last twenty years "M" and "J" initials have been the most popular for males, while "A" and "S" seem to lead the pack for females.
